Job Summary

Support a nonprofit by leading a no-budget YouTube channel audit and translating findings into prioritized, actionable organic growth tactics for discoverability and search placement.

Audit and recommendations: Identify keywords, metadata, and thumbnail/title improvements that move the channel up in search and discovery.
Content guidance: Provide guidance on content direction and optimization to boost organic reach.
Collaboration and roadmap: Deliver a compact implementation plan and partner with volunteers through regular check-ins to execute optimizations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

A review of your YouTube channel and social media presence with a prioritized set of organic, no-budget recommendations to improve search placement and discoverability.
Deliverables include an audit summary, keyword and metadata suggestions, content and thumbnail/title guidance, and a short implementation roadmap.
Details will be provided during volunteer interviews.
We will be responsive for clarifications, and collaborate with volunteers in regular check-ins to prioritize and implement low-cost, organic optimizations.
