Responsibilities

  • Develop a mission-driven YouTube strategy that includes channel positioning, content planning (including Shorts), SEO and audience-growth tactics, recommended channel structure, and best-practice guidelines.
  • Specific content ideas, timelines, and assets will be discussed with volunteers.
  • A strategic YouTube channel will raise awareness of Army Pink’s safe-ride work, connect survivors and partners to timely resources, and build donor and volunteer support.
  • Volunteers will help create content that makes escape safer and supports survivors’ healing and long-term recovery.
  • Army Pink will partner closely with the volunteer, share mission context and stakeholder input, and schedule regular check-ins.
  • Details and existing assets will be provided during interviews so recommendations can be implemented into our channel plan and content calendar.

Army Pink is forming as a nonprofit to build a national transportation access and safety pathway for individuals leaving domestic violence situations. Our initiative, Pathway to Freedom, is designed to remove a critical barrier survivors face: safe, immediate transportation.The Escape Club is our membership community. Members contribute monthly to directly fund safe rides and receive updates, education, and opportunities to engage in the mission.We are also developing a secure wellness and stabilization portal to provide restorative practices, guided reflections, and supportive tools to help individuals strengthen resilience during vulnerable periods.Army Pink focuses on freedom, safety, and rebuilding life. We are building structured, scalable infrastructure to help people move from unsafe to safe with security, privacy, and care, while creating a network of allies, partners, and supporters ready to make a real impact.
