Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan that aligns with WOCOTM’s mission and goals.
  • Brand Management Strengthen WOCOTM’s brand identity across digital, print, and community platforms.
  • Digital Marketing Oversee social media, website updates, newsletters, and digital campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Content Creation Guide the creation of compelling stories, visuals, and campaigns that highlight WOCOTM’s work and impact.
  • AI & Innovation Leverage AI tools (e.g., Canva AI, ChatGPT, analytics platforms) to streamline content creation, social media management, and marketing research.
  • Partnerships & Outreach Collaborate with media outlets, influencers, and partner organizations to expand reach.
  • Team Leadership Support and mentor marketing volunteers, interns, and content creators.
  • Analytics & Reporting Track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or public relations (nonprofit experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design/marketing platforms.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to WOCOTM’s mission and values.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Able to use Microsoft 365 office including (Word, excel, teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Loop and Chip champ).
