Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit website content with a focus on clarity, usability, and navigation
  • Develop copy for landing pages, program pages, and user-facing flows
  • Ensure content supports user understanding and action
  • Organize content to align with UX/UI design and user journeys
  • Simplify complex information into clear, accessible language
  • Ensure readability and logical flow across pages
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to align content with design systems
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure content is implemented accurately
  • Coordinate with PromiseVoice to maintain alignment with overall messaging
  • Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and structure across the site

Requirements

  • Strong writing, editing, and clarity-focused communication skills
  • Ability to write for digital platforms and user interfaces
  • Strong attention to detail and structure
  • Ability to collaborate with designers and developers
  • Alignment with MAP’s mission and dignity-centered values
  • Approximately 5–10 hours per week
  • Minimum 6 month commitment preferred
  • Fully remote

Preferred

  • Experience in UX writing, product content, or website content development
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Familiarity with web structure and content hierarchy
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams
