Job Summary

Own video production across campaigns and events, shaping concepts from script to final cut and driving visual storytelling that supports launches, social, email, and education.

  • Video ownership: Plan, shoot, and edit content for launches, social, and training.
  • Storytelling engine: Translate manufacturing content into accessible brand stories and customer education.
  • Multi-channel execution: Collaborate on campaigns, social plans, and event coverage.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary videographer and video editor for the marketing team.
  • Plan, script, storyboard, capture, and edit video content from concept through final delivery.
  • Produce content for: Product launches, Websites, Social media, Email campaigns, Trade shows, Recruiting initiatives, Customer education and training
  • Capture interviews, customer testimonials, facility tours, product demonstrations, and brand storytelling content.
  • Manage video equipment and stay current on emerging production technologies and trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop compelling content concepts and visual storytelling strategies.
  • Support social media planning, content development, and campaign execution.
  • Contribute content ideas that increase engagement, brand awareness, and customer education.
  • Assist with email marketing initiatives and content creation.
  • Support blog, website, and digital marketing content when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional video production experience
  • Strong proficiency with: Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Final Cut Pro
  • DaVinci Resolve
  • Experience managing video projects from concept through final delivery
  • Strong storytelling, scripting, and content development skills
  • Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video camera systems
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred

  • Drone operation experience
  • FAA Part 107 certification
  • Photography experience including lighting, composition, and post-processing
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as: After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom
  • Experience within manufacturing, industrial, marine, construction, agricultural, or other B2B industries
