Job Description

Responsibilities

Edit and export short-form and long-form videos optimized for various platforms including 4x5, 9x16, and 16x9 formats
Shoot footage on iPhone for use as thumbstoppers and engaging visual content
Analyze video performance data and recommend creative adjustments to improve engagement
Create multiple variations of edits from existing footage based on data insights
Collaborate with Producers, Offer Managers, and Creative Directors to refine creative assets
Manage workload effectively to ensure timely delivery of all video projects
Develop brand-focused storytelling that elevates the aesthetic and messaging of all video content
Maintain consistency in visual style and brand voice across all creative outputs

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong sense of compelling and eye-capturing imagery
Good understanding of composition and aesthetic decision-making
Creative direction skills with the ability to suggest ad optimizations
Experience working with cross-functional teams to meet business goals
Problem-solving mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
