Responsibilities

• Film and edit both short-form and long-form video content (product highlights, how-to tutorials, event coverage, new releases).
• Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras with knowledge of cinematography, lighting, and audio recording.
• Capture on-site content at tradeshows, events, and product demos.
• Maintain consistent video quality that aligns with Holosun’s premium brand.
• Edit videos for multiple outputs (social media, YouTube, website, dealer training).
• Maintain an organized file storage system for footage and project files.
• Tag and catalog video/photo assets for easy retrieval.
• Manage content production pipelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Keep project trackers up to date for ongoing edits and deliverables.
• Adapt and format content for different digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, website).

Requirements

• Proficient in DSLR/mirrorless camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects or motion graphics a plus).
• Strong grasp of cinematography, framing, exposure, and color.
• Experience managing digital content libraries and workflow systems.
• Up to date with social media best practices and video trends.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results quickly.
• Willing to travel occasionally to tradeshows and events.

Preferred

• Industry knowledge is a plus.
• After Effects or motion graphics experience is a plus.
