Job Summary

Own the U.S. launch and growth for ivonescimab by shaping strategy, channel mix, and cross-functional execution to drive differentiation, market uptake, and ROI.

  • Brand & GTM Execution: craft messaging and multi-channel go-to-market across stakeholders.
  • Market Insights to Opportunity: translate market research and KOL insights into actionable growth opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop the U.S. marketing strategy for ivonescimab to differentiate, drive uptake, and sustain growth.
  • Build the U.S. brand plan with positioning, value proposition, messaging, and multi-channel GTM across stakeholders.
  • Own U.S. launch readiness with HCP/patient campaigns, sales enablement, and market-shaping activities.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to guide execution and optimize impact pre- and post-launch.
  • Build and develop a high-performing marketing team to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of agility, accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and seamless execution of strategic and tactical plans.
  • Oversee investment planning and budget to maximize brand growth and ROI.
  • Translate insights from market research and KOL engagement into actionable opportunities.
  • Align the organization around brand priorities and key growth opportunities, planning for competitive challenges.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA, MS, or PhD preferred).
  • Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in leading U.S. launch and/or commercialization of a specialty or first-in-class therapy.
  • Must have recent launch experience; a large-scale brand with multiple competitors is a plus.
  • Must have experience and understanding of U.S. market including key drivers and barriers; global experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully commercializing Oncology pharmaceutical products, including immuno-oncology (I-O) experiences.
  • Broad background across solid tumors is required; oncology lung experience is a plus.
  • Sales experience, in addition to marketing, is a plus.
  • Need to demonstrate understanding of innovative approaches to launches including digital marketing, SEO optimization, use of ML and AI for no see customers and just in time patients etc.
  • Keen grasp of the U.S. Oncology customer landscape, working with access and medical to ensure proper access and use of product.
