Job Summary

Own end-to-end social strategy and multi-account oversight, driving brand-aligned content, campaigns, and community work while guiding clients on platform trends and data-driven performance.

  • Strategy & Creative Direction: lead strategy, creative direction, and program execution across multiple client accounts.
  • Content, Campaigns, & Community: oversee content development, campaigns, and community management to meet brand objectives.
  • Client Leadership & Operations: manage client relationships, budgets, mentorship, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery even under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Creative Direction: advise on social strategy and provide creative oversight across client accounts to ensure brand alignment.
  • Campaign & Community Execution: lead multifaceted campaigns and community management with data-driven performance analysis.
  • Client Leadership & Operations: manage relationships, projects, budgets, and cross-functional delivery under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, digital/social media, or political communications.
  • Creative direction and oversight for social content to align with client brand vision and objectives.
  • Experience building and managing engaged online communities across platforms.
  • Deep understanding of major platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok) and evolving trends, privacy policies, and best practices.
  • Social crisis response and reputation management experience in digital environments.
  • Data analysis proficiency to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong client relationships and interpersonal skills, including team mentorship and timely delivery under pressure.
  • Account and campaign management experience, including budgeting and scoping projects.
  • Excellent writing and editing for short and long-form content.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and collaborate to implement initiatives.

Preferred

  • Candidates with expertise in fostering social media management and navigating digital trends will be prioritized.
