Job Summary

Lead the strategy and roadmap for Agentic AI in Epsilon products, owning market analysis, product design PRDs, and privacy-aligned execution with cross-functional teams and clients.

  • Shape the vision and commercialization of agentic AI across AdTech with cross-functional alignment.
  • Turn competitive dynamics and partner needs into differentiated product investments and messaging.
  • Architect AI interfaces, feedback loops, and governance that balance automation with human oversight and privacy.

Job Description

  • Set the strategic direction for incorporation of Agentic AI into Epsilon’s products, owning development of the roadmap, execution, and commercialization.
  • Conduct market analysis on use of Agentic AI with emphasis on partners and competitive set, going beyond market noise to determine where value is being created.
  • Writing PRDs that articulate a customer problem, the proposed solution, and any tradeoffs in scope.
  • Architect conversational user interfaces, establish feedback loops, and design shared frameworks used by partner teams, balancing AI with human control and transparency.
  • Partner with Marketing to effectively communicate Epsilon’s Agentic AI vision and capabilities externally.
  • Engage with existing and prospective clients, evangelizing Epsilon’s vision and collecting input to guide product investment areas.
  • Interact with Industry Analysts, promoting Epsilon as a market leader in AI and and gathering intel on industry developments.
  • Ensure the strategy and products align with our privacy standards.
