Job Summary

SiteVue AI is shaping a category-led go-to-market with a lighthouse-first strategy, integrating marketing, sales enablement, and ecosystem partnerships to prove and scale outcomes. The plan emphasizes a reusable executive-grade GTM system, credibility assets, and compliance-led trust to support international expansion. The role targets building market narrative, demand engines, and proof-based marketing to establish enterprise-grade leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • 1) Category Narrative & Executive Positioning (Strategic Storytelling) Define SiteVue AI’s industry-level narrative: communicate value through market structure, defensibility, and productivity transformation—not just technical details.
  • Translate “exclusive data loop + proactive compliance + integrated HW/SW certainty” into reusable assets: Messaging House, Positioning, Category POV, Board/Investor narratives, and Executive Briefs for customers and partners.
  • Lead strategic GTM choices: ICP prioritization, segmentation, vertical thesis, packaging, and pricing story (sell devices vs. sell capability vs. sell outcomes).
  • 2) Go-to-Market Strategy & Demand Engine (Pipeline Creation) Own the integrated marketing system across brand, product marketing, growth/demand gen, field marketing, and partner marketing.
  • Build and operate a predictable pipeline model: target accounts, campaigns, funnel conversion, and attribution (in partnership with Sales Ops).
  • Design high-conviction plays for enterprise buyers: C-level events, ABM motions, thought leadership, and proof-led campaigns tied to lighthouse milestones.
  • 3) Lighthouse Customer Marketing & Proof (From PoC to Scale) Partner with Sales/BD and Delivery to secure and market lighthouse deployments with measurable outcomes.
  • Create the “Proof-to-Scale” toolkit: case studies, ROI narratives, benchmark metrics, deployment playbooks, and executive-ready references.
  • Establish the institutionalized marketing path from PoC → validated outcomes → multi-site replication.
  • 4) Trust, Compliance Narrative & Market Credibility (Safety as a Moat) Work tightly with the CCSO to convert safety/compliance requirements (predictable behavior, auditability, accountability) into market-facing trust assets.
  • Lead creation of external credibility materials: security & safety narrative, “trust mechanism” messaging, incident response overview, audit/data governance positioning.
  • Support international expansion marketing with compliance-forward messaging: market entry narratives, certification pathways, and risk mitigation storylines.
  • 5) Product Marketing & Sales Enablement (Commercial Conversion) Turn product value into sales-ready execution: pitch decks, battlecards, competitive positioning, objection handling, verticalized solution briefs, and pricing/packaging collateral.
  • Build a launch and lifecycle cadence: new capabilities, customer milestones, and ecosystem announcements that drive conversion and expansion.
  • Co-own win/loss feedback loops with Sales and Product to refine messaging, targeting, and proof.
  • 6) Brand, PR, Ecosystem & Thought Leadership (Visibility with Authority) Establish SiteVue AI’s leadership presence across conferences, standards discussions, and strategic ecosystem partnerships (integrators, insurers, certification bodies, industry groups).
  • Own PR strategy, analyst relations (where relevant), executive visibility, and content authority.
  • Build a brand that signals enterprise-grade reliability, not hype: credible claims, proof-first storytelling, and disciplined communications.
  • 7) Marketing Operating Cadence & Team Leadership (Execution Discipline) Build the marketing org and operating system: hiring plan, agency/vendor strategy, budget, KPIs, and weekly/monthly cadences.
  • Align cross-functionally on priorities, timelines, and launch readiness; keep execution tight under uncertainty.
  • Run executive-level reporting: pipeline impact, CAC/efficiency, conversion, and category progress.

Requirements

  • 20+ years in B2B marketing leadership, including enterprise GTM, product marketing, and demand generation, ideally in Physical AI/robotics, industrial automation, computer vision, autonomy, smart retail, or enterprise platform companies
  • Proven ability to communicate complex systems as contractable, deployable business outcomes with measurable value
  • Experience marketing solutions with real-world deployment constraints: reliability, maintainability, safety boundaries, change management, and scaling across sites
  • Strong enterprise commercial fluency: familiarity with SOW/SLA, success metrics, ROI justification, procurement patterns, and multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Excellent executive writing and narrative craft: can produce high-quality strategy decks, executive briefs, launch narratives, and customer-proof assets
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical background is a plus

Preferred

  • MBA or technical background

Benefits

  • Competitive executive compensation + performance incentives tied to pipeline, lighthouse wins, and scale outcomes
  • Equity/stock options and long-term incentives (LTI) as a core team member
  • Medical, insurance, and retirement benefits
  • Hybrid work; key decision cycles and major customer moments prioritized in Los Angeles HQ
  • Represent the company at major industry forums and ecosystem initiatives—real influence in shaping standards
  • Expected Outcomes (12–18 Months) section describes establishment of a reusable executive-grade go-to-market system, measurable growth outcomes, and credibility assets.
