Responsibilities

Analytics Framework & Performance Measurement
Ensure a robust analytics framework to measure acquisition performance and ROI.
Leverage key insights, attribution analysis and predictive analytics to inform the development and refinement of segmentation, targeting, and modeling strategies.
Translate data into digestible formats with actionable strategies for continuous improvement of acquisition programs.
Establish test and learn methodologies and performance standards for all marketing initiatives.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Build and lead a high-performing team to ensure best-in-class customer and prospect segmentation, targeting, and testing.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Technology and Data teams to align initiatives.
Present analytics and performance findings to senior leadership, identifying marketing optimization and investment opportunities.
Define priorities, manage analytics roadmaps, and mentor team members.
Ensure analytical rigor, quality control, and consistency across all outputs.
Ability to effectively and accurately convey information to others.
Performs related duties as assigned by management.
