Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated, omnichannel marketing strategies with a focus on social media advertising but often spanning OOH, linear, CTV, and earned channels to drive brand and business outcomes.
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale, multi-channel campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and cohesive storytelling across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints.
  • Provide senior-level counsel on channel strategy, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, media, data/analytics, and PR) to deliver fully integrated marketing programs.
  • Partner with external agency partners as well client’s paid media agency
  • Guide clients through regulatory and compliance processes, including MLR/FDA review cycles.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team, providing strategic direction and professional development.
  • Oversee large, complex integrated teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across functions and thoughtful deployment of talent based on strengths.
  • Manage and steward significant client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for clients and internal teams, providing leadership in high-pressure situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years in healthcare communications, with at least 5 years in senior account leadership roles overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, omnichannel pharma marketing programs across digital, paid media, linear, CTV, OOH, and PR.
  • Deep experience managing complex media ecosystems and understanding channel roles across patient and HCP journeys.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Strong experience working with creative colleagues and ability to develop processes that optimize the partnership
  • Strong familiarity with data-driven marketing and campaign performance optimization.
  • Experience navigating regulated pharma environments and MLR processes.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex healthcare concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
