Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a hands-on builder and strategic leader; coach talent, influence partners, and present performance readouts to senior leadership.
  • Own the US SMB acquisition marketing strategy across channels; set quarterly plans, targets, and budget guardrails.
  • Drive website content and experience strategy, SEO/GEO, funnel optimization, and test-and-learn roadmap to generate traffic and conversions.
  • Build and scale partner/referral marketing programs, including events and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor results and generate insights; translate learnings into optimizations and new growth experiments.
  • Collaborate with marketing delivery teams, centers of excellence, internal partners, and vendors to execute campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with sales and relationship management, ensuring growth programs reflect field needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in growth, acquisition, and/or performance marketing with increasing scope.
  • Direct management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing.
  • Track record of owning marketing acquisition outcomes (leads, accounts) and hitting goals.
  • Strong understanding of modern website marketing (SEO/GEO, UX/UI, conversion testing) and paid media.
  • Builder mindset: comfortable charting new paths while supporting the team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence across stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience in SMB marketing, ideally in a SaaS or Financial Services environment.
