The VP of Financial Operations will oversee and manage financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L) management, and ensure operational efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities include strategic planning, optimizing processes, implementing effective financial systems, and supervising projects to align with organizational goals. The role also involves fostering excellent customer service and ensuring tasks are executed seamlessly across teams. Qualifications Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management Experience in Strategic Planning and aligning financial operations with organizational goals Strong skills in Project Management to oversee and guide cross-functional initiatives Customer Service orientation with the ability to maintain strong client relationships and customer satisfaction Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent communication and decision-making abilities Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred Experience with digital marketing or consulting industries is a plus
