  • Own the Corporate Narrative & Category Leadership
  • Define and scale H2O.ai’s global narrative, positioning us as the leader in enterprise and sovereign AI
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, differentiated, executive-level messaging
  • Drive category creation across agentic AI, sovereign AI, and enterprise AI platforms
  • Ensure consistency across all external touchpoints: website, events, PR, analyst relations, and sales narratives
  • Build a Pipeline-Driving Marketing Engine

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing, with significant leadership experience in high-growth AI, SaaS, or data platform companies
  • Proven track record of building pipeline-generating marketing engines at scale, directly tied to revenue outcomes
  • Experience operating in companies such as Dell Technologies, NVIDIA, Databricks, Snowflake, leading Global System Integrators (GSIs), or equivalent high-growth environments
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage and optimize multi-million-dollar marketing budgets, forecast pipeline contribution, and drive efficiency across key metrics including CAC, LTV:CAC, payback period, and marketing ROI
  • Demonstrated ability to align marketing investments to pipeline coverage, revenue targets, and board-level expectations, ensuring disciplined spend and measurable business impact
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and modern data platforms
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value narratives
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools across marketing workflows
  • Strong partnership with Sales and CRO organizations
  • Demonstrated success in driving pipeline, revenue, and market category creation
