Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy Leadership: Set and elevate the standard for brand strategy across multiple accounts, ensuring clarity, rigor, and business impact
• Lead brand positioning and long-term strategic direction that drives differentiation and growth
• Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, guiding high stakes decisions and anticipating business challenges
• Partner across disciplines to deliver fully integrated solutions

Requirements

• 10+ years of brand strategy experience within an agency environment
• Pharmaceutical/healthcare brand experience within regulated categories
• Proven ability to lead strategy across multiple brands or portfolios
• Strong ability to simplify complexity into clear, actionable direction
• Executive presence with experience influencing senior clients and stakeholders
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated success contributing to new business and growth
• Strong, defensible point of view with the ability to challenge and elevate thinking
