Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive a culture of ‘always on ‘data-driven decision making that will institutionalize the use of consumer-driven analytics in influencer marketing/investment planning
  • Consult with clients to define and answer their most important business questions, advising on how to best leverage data on influencer investments to drive business results
  • Provide thought leadership and be a subject matter expert in the designing recommending appropriate analytic methodology and approach to address key client questions
  • Lead measurement framework development and define media KPIs linked to the business objectives
  • Build the profile of Analytics by packaging and evangelizing best in class client work and provide the clear data and analytics story - why the work is important, the truths that the analytics reveal, and the actions that should follow the analyses
  • Work closely with the internal client teams to deliver high-quality execution of a diverse array of client and project deliverables
  • Consult with teams to align with the strategy, measurement,and optimization plans
  • Develop, manage, and mentor a team and lead analytics efforts and departmental vision

Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing, digital, or influencer analytics, ideally within an agency
  • Strong grounding in traditional and digital media advertising effectiveness methods including ROI
  • preferably working knowledge of market mix model results
  • Strong client management/consultative experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven narratives to clients
  • Deep understanding of influencer KPIs, social content measurement, and platform performance metrics
  • 6+ years of people management experience with progressing roles and responsibilities
  • Programming Languages: Python, R
  • Databases and Querying: Relational databases, SQL
  • Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI
  • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, SQL, MS Access
