  • Audience opportunities: identify opportunities to reach new audiences and brainstorm marketing or growth strategies.
  • Feedback loop: collect platform feedback to inform user experience improvements and community initiatives.

  • Share content and discussion topics with relevant communities
  • Engage with users and encourage participation
  • Identify opportunities to reach new audiences
  • Help brainstorm marketing and growth strategies
  • Suggest discussion topics and community initiatives
  • Provide feedback on the platform and user experience

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Interest in social media, marketing, or community engagement
  • Belief that respectful discussion and understanding matter
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Creative thinker who enjoys trying new ideas
  • No formal marketing experience is required. Enthusiasm, initiative, and alignment with the mission are more important than a resume.
