- Standout: scale posting, track performance, and manage a shared content library.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a roster of ~20 UGC creators
- Ensure each creator posts 2 pieces of content per day (TikTok + Instagram)
- Maintain a consistent stream of high-volume content (40+ posts per day total)
- Provide creators with content assets (photos/videos) and clear posting guidelines
- Direct content angles and captions focused on discovery and conversion
- Build and manage a shared content library for creators to pull from
- Coordinate occasional on-site visits for creators to capture original content
- Monitor posting consistency and enforce output standards
- Identify high-performing posts and double down on winning formats
Requirements
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Experience working with UGC creators or influencer marketing
- Highly organized and execution-focused
- Comfortable managing multiple creators and holding them accountable
- Obsessed with volume, consistency, and performance
