Own the creation of authentic short-form videos and educational content across social channels, guiding both content ideas and the overall creative direction while delivering regular YouTube and short-form outputs.

Manage 20 short-form UGC videos per month (45–60s)
Develop up to 8 long-form YouTube videos per month (5–6 minutes)
Collaborate with marketing on content ideas and direction

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create authentic, engaging short-form videos for social media.
Produce educational and informative content covering: - Marketing trends - Law firm operations - Business development
Collaborate with our marketing team on content ideas and creative direction.
Opportunity to create long-form YouTube content.
20 short-form UGC videos per month (45–60 seconds).
Opportunity to create up to 8 YouTube videos per month (approximately 5–6 minutes each).

Requirements

Comfortable speaking on camera.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
Creative, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred

Basic video editing skills are a plus.
