Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end commercialization and go-to-market strategy for Treasury and Liquidity products, from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Translate Encore’s relationship-banking model into scalable Treasury product distribution across relationship managers, Treasury Sales, and digital channels.
  • Drive Treasury attach rates, penetration, and consistency of adoption across existing client portfolios and markets.
  • Build and maintain banker enablement tools and training (playbooks, sales decks, one-pagers, objection handling, competitive battlecards; launch calls, webinars, and in-person sessions).
  • Partner with Market Presidents and RMs to tailor Treasury solutions and pitches by client segment and industry vertical (e.g., C&I, CRE, title & escrow, property management).
  • Own Treasury pricing strategy and guardrails, with ongoing adjustments based on competitive dynamics, adoption data, and profitability goals.
  • Support deal-level pricing and structure in partnership with Sales, Credit, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Design and execute targeted adoption and growth campaigns, including cross-sell and expansion plays by segment, region, and client profile.
  • Establish, track, and share dashboards on key commercialization and performance metrics, recommending course corrections as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Treasury Product Management, Treasury Sales, Product Commercialization, or Commercial Banking.
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury Management solutions, including payments, receivables, information reporting, liquidity, and digital/API-enabled channels.
  • Demonstrated success driving product adoption, revenue growth, and sales enablement in a relationship-based banking environment.
  • Ability to influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex Treasury concepts for clients and frontline teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide pricing, adoption, and growth strategies.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15–20%.
