Job Summary

Own multi-site property operations with a focus on lease accuracy, resident relations, and revenue collection, while keeping audits and reporting tight to hit annual goals.

  • Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate leases and audits; ensure lease data is correctly entered in the management system.
  • Revenue & Tenant Relations: Coordinate revenue collection per lease obligations and manage resident requests for repairs and rent concerns.
  • Reporting & Communications: Provide regular written updates to leadership on progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a positive, professional, and client-oriented attitude about the company with team members, residents, clients, and the public.
  • Strive for improvements in community performance to meet or exceed annual financial and operational goals.
  • Maintain complete andaccuratecommunity files and records, including finalized audits to ensure lease data has been input correctly into management software.
  • Coordinate collection and documentation of all revenues following lease obligations of residents.
  • Manage resident relations as they pertain to coordinating requests for repairs and maintenance, understanding of rent charges, leaseissuesand other resident concerns.
  • Travel to communities as needed to provide operational and leasing support.
  • Provide daily,weeklywritten updates on community progress of assigned tasks to leadership.

Requirements

  • Four (4) years’ experience in property management. Must have a strong working knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residentiallawandresidentrelations.
  • Working knowledge of property management software; Onesite is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbalcommunicationsskills.
  • Ability to understand and carry outindustry specificwritten and oral direction. Positive, innovative approach to problem solving.
  • Present ideas in a clear, concise, understandable, and organized manner; negotiate, persuade, and modify opinionin order toreach the goals/objectives of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member. Ability to relate well with others even while working at a distance or remotely.
  • Ability to work in an efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Excellent time management and general organization skills.
  • Neat, professional appearance.
  • Strong client relations skills andprevioussupervisory experienceisrequired.
