Job Summary

Own field activation and brand presence across retail and live events, managing trade activations, visual merchandising, and sales support with live social engagement.

  • Trade activation and events: own pop-ups, demos, and memorable experiences that drive awareness and education
  • Visual merchandising: execute in-store displays using kits to build a cohesive brand story
  • Field feedback and social: gather live customer feedback and coordinate field content with the social team

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Champion our brands and products
  • Understand the company’s vision, mission, goals, products and services to properly represent the brand’s voice and personality at retail and various events
  • Trade activation
  • Execute trade activations including but not limited to pop-ups to trade events with the goal of:
  • Increasing product awareness and education
  • Driving sales through production education, demos
  • Creating memorable experiences of our brands and products for our customer
  • Full event setup and breakdown, including lifting and transporting all necessary materials such as banners, signage, product displays, and merchandise
  • Gathering immediate, real-time feedback from customers on our brands and products
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Assist in executing each brand’s visual merchandising presence by using display kits to complete in-store build-outs. Kits include acrylics, 3D product mats, case decals, podium displays, and all necessary tools for custom installations, along with print and digital toolkits. These elements work together to create a cohesive visual story that enhances product and brand presentation.
  • Sales Support
  • Assisting with dropping samples to prospect accounts, along with current accounts on new product drops. Gather contact information and provide updates to sales team.
  • Visit existing accounts to check in, see how our products are being displayed, check in on inventory and anything else the account might need
  • Social media engagement
  • Work with social media management to provide content and live engagement from the field, promoting our brands, products, services and events
