Job Summary

Own operational support across trade marketing for Sephora and related channels, coordinating assets, launches, sampling, and reporting to keep in-store and online assets aligned and on track.

  • Ownership of asset coordination and launch tracking across Sephora, Sephora Mexico, DTC and Amazon.
  • Channel recap and performance summaries to HQ marketing updates.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with creative, product marketing, influencer, and social teams to ensure brand standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support scalable retail marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and increase sales
  • Assist with Sephora PDP support, including copy updates, asset uploads, audits, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Conduct weekly audits and regular store checks to ensure in‑store and online assets are accurately represented, optimized, and aligned with brand standards across channels.
  • Support asset briefs, assisting with creative briefs and coordinating assets for Sephora, Sephora Mexico, DTC, and Amazon.
  • Assist with NPF and launch execution support, including tracker updates, deadline tracking, and coordination with cross‑functional partners.
  • Support Sephora sampling and GWPs through order placement assistance, inventory tracking, and coordination with logistics and operations teams.
  • Help maintain key trackers and files, including launch calendars, assortment files, and reporting documents.
  • Support Visual Merchandising updates by assisting with assortment file delivery, artwork uploads, and deadline tracking.
  • Assist in compiling channel recaps, reporting, and performance summaries to support monthly and HQ marketing updates.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, product marketing, consumer marketing, influencer, and social teams

Requirements

  • A recent graduate or currently a rising Junior/Senior enrolled in an undergraduate program
  • Currently pursuing or obtained a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Must be NYC-based and able to commute to the NYC office in a hybrid schedule
  • Passion for skincare, and beauty industry
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities
  • Strong Excel skills for trackers and reporting
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for clear, polished recaps
