Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end TikTok Shop growth strategy for assigned fashion and lifestyle brand accounts, with a focus on GMV, margin, ROI, and long-term account growth
• Serve as a senior client-facing partner, translating business goals into actionable TikTok Shop growth strategies
• Build and optimize affiliate, creator, merchandising, and content strategies to drive scalable sales performance
• Identify, activate, and optimize high-performing creators and affiliates based on brand fit, content quality, and campaign goals
• Analyze account performance across key metrics such as GMV, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPM, AOV, conversion rate, and creator efficiency
• Turn performance insights into strategic recommendations across creator mix, commission structure, content direction, promotional planning, and campaign execution
• Partner with internal creative, livestream, affiliate, and operations teams to ensure strong campaign execution and continuous optimization
• Support creator briefing, content testing, offer strategy, product focus, and performance iteration to improve efficiency and scale winning outputs
• Proactively identify account growth opportunities, market trends, and execution gaps in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain strong day-to-day communication with clients while ensuring alignment on priorities, performance, deliverables, and next-step strategy
• Support onboarding and growth planning for new TikTok Shop fashion brand accounts

Requirements

• 2–6+ years of experience in TikTok Shop, social commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience managing or supporting TikTok Shop accounts for fashion, apparel, accessories, beauty, or other visually driven consumer brands
• Strong understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, including creators, affiliates, content performance, conversion drivers, and product-led growth
• Proven ability to drive measurable growth through creator campaigns, affiliate activations, product strategy, paid/organic content, or performance-led initiatives
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort using metrics such as GMV, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPM, AOV, conversion rate, and related performance indicators
• Experience managing multiple accounts, campaigns, or projects in a fast-moving, client-facing environment
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work externally with clients and internally across teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and commercial awareness
• Passion for social commerce, creator-led growth, fashion consumer behavior, and emerging e-commerce trends

Preferred

• Direct experience working with TikTok Shop fashion or apparel brands on the agency side, brand side, or through a TSP/creator network environment
• Experience scaling performance through creator sourcing, creator briefing, affiliate incentives, merchandising strategy, content testing, or promotional planning
• Familiarity with livestream, creator operations, or social commerce campaign execution
• Experience working in a high-growth agency, startup, or performance-driven e-commerce environment
• Comfortable owning strategy discussions and presenting recommendations directly to clients
