Job Description
Responsibilities
- Structure and scale TikTok website conversion campaigns
- Build and manage Spark Ad frameworks
- Deploy and optimise GMV Max campaigns
- Allocate budget based on performance
- Optimise toward CPA, MER, and contribution margin
- Launch and manage GMV Max campaigns
- Support and scale TikTok LIVE shopping sessions with paid traffic
- Balance LIVE push vs standard website campaigns
Requirements
- 1+ year of full-time TikTok media buying
- Experience managing $50k–$100k+ monthly TikTok ad spend
- Experience scaling DTC brands doing several hundred thousand per month
- Direct experience with Spark Ads
- Direct experience with GMV Max
- Experience promoting GMV Max LIVE shopping
- Beauty or personal care experience preferred
- Strong understanding of CAC, AOV, CVR, LTV
