TikTok Shop monetization: identify high converting products and lead affiliate strategy to scale revenue
Content engine: create and shoot beauty wellness content, develop viral hooks, edit videos for conversions
Performance and workflow: track performance, stay ahead of trends, manage posting schedules

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and shoot TikTok content focused on beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and trending products
Identify high-converting TikTok Shop products
Develop viral content concepts and hooks
Edit short-form videos optimized for conversions
Track performance and recommend improvements
Help manage posting schedules and content workflows
Stay ahead of TikTok trends and algorithm changes
Assist with affiliate monetization strategy and scaling

Requirements

Currently earning at least $6,000/month in TikTok Shop affiliate commissions
Have created at least one viral TikTok video (100K+ views preferred)
Demonstrated experience monetizing TikTok Shop content
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, hooks, and conversion-focused content
Comfortable shooting content independently
Experience with beauty, skincare, wellness, supplements, lifestyle, or personal care products preferred
Excellent communication and reliability
Must provide screenshots showing TikTok Shop affiliate dashboard, monthly affiliate revenue, recent commission earnings, viral content performance metrics, TikTok account analytics
