Responsibilities

• Strategy & Ownership: Own and evolve Dr. Squatch's TikTok strategy with a focus on content performance, audience growth, and brand relevance.
• Develop and execute content plans aligned with campaigns, launches, and growth goals.
• Identify opportunities to scale reach, engagement, and revenue.
• Agency & Creator Management: Manage relationships with TikTok Live agencies and creative partners.
• Source, onboard, and guide creators to produce high-performing content.
• Provide clear briefs, direction, and feedback.
• Creative Direction: Develop concepts, moodboards, and briefs to guide content production.
• Maintain a strong brand voice while pushing creative boundaries.
• Stay ahead of trends and translate them into scalable content.
• Content Creation: Create and publish video in-feed content as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Video Production, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience creating and guiding social content, with a strong emphasis on TikTok.
• 4+ years of experience working with or directing creators, agencies, or collaborators.
• Highly comfortable performing on camera.
• Strong understanding of TikTok analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to translate insights into content direction and growth strategies.
• Strong editing and production skills using tools such as TikTok native editor, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar.
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, memes, and audience behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to connect with an online community.
• A creative storyteller who can develop engaging content and scalable formats that drive growth.
• Passion for community engagement and representing a brand voice consistently and authentically.
