Responsibilities

• Build and launch OrnamentallyYou’s TikTok affiliate program from scratch (strategy, structure, creator experience, reporting cadence, and scale plan).
• Design a creator recruitment engine that can scale beyond a handful of creators—focused on consistent output, repeatable conversion, and long-term relationships.
• Build a community layer (group chat/Discord-style hub, onboarding, ongoing training, and challenges) so creators feel like insiders and keep posting.
• Create a plug-and-play creator system: clear briefs, talking points, do/don’t guidelines, content prompts, hook ideas, and examples that improve output quality and consistency.
• Run a weekly operating cadence: creator outreach targets, onboarding targets, content targets, follow-ups, win-sharing, and performance reviews.
• Manage creator relationships end-to-end: recruiting, approvals, seeding/gifting coordination, creator support, and retention.
• Track performance with simple, reliable dashboards and weekly reporting: creator activity, content volume, sales driven, top creators, top content patterns, and what to fix next.
• Partner cross-functionally to keep the program healthy: align with fulfillment/customer support/product so creator-promoted items stay in stock, ship on time, and deliver a great customer experience.
• Ensure compliance and brand safety: creators must follow platform disclosure requirements and standard endorsement disclosure rules.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and scaling creator/affiliate programs (TikTok Shop experience is strongly preferred).
• Are comfortable with high-volume outreach and relationship management (youre organized, persistent, and genuinely good with people).
• Think in systems: SOPs, trackers, templates, scripts, onboarding flows, and clear weekly rhythms.
• Can look at performance data and make decisions fast (what to double down on, what to stop, what to test next).
• Can communicate clearly and lead a creator community with positive energy and accountability.

Preferred

• Have built creator communities (Discord, group chat, memberships, ambassador programs, coaching/training calls).
• Have experience scaling through creator challenges or structured posting sprints.
• Understand how to turn creator content into repeatable angles and frameworks.
