Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support community GTM strategy for product releases, helping design participation loops, fan activations, and community-driven campaign beats
  • Maintain a real-time understanding of community sentiment and disposition, leading community intelligence systems and translating signals into risks, opportunities, and actions for marketing and product decisions
  • Serve as a bridge to Product, helping ensure community feedback informs roadmap decisions, messaging, and trust strategy
  • Support development of scalable fandom programs (UGC, Discord activations, community events) integrated into launches and ongoing brand engagement
  • Contribute to measurement frameworks across sentiment, engagement, and community contribution to business outcomes
  • Partner with the Influencer Marketing Manager to translate community insight into creator strategy, briefs, guardrails
  • Support global creator program execution across time zones, ensuring continuity of operations, activations, campaign delivery
  • Assist in developing and maintaining creator relationships for strong, trust-based partnerships across the creator ecosystem
  • Assist in creator campaign planning and rollout, including briefing, approvals, and performance tracking for key initiatives
  • Provide sentiment-informed guidance to creators, ensuring content aligns with audience expectations and avoids risk moments
  • Help scale creator activations and content pipelines during high-volume campaign periods or major launches
  • Act as a secondary escalation point for creator-related risks, timing issues, or execution gaps

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in community marketing, influencer marketing, or integrated campaign strategy
  • Deep understanding of community sentiment analysis, social listening, and audience behavior
  • Experience working with content creators, influencer campaigns, or creator ecosystems
  • Proven ability to translate insights into strategy and measurable business impact
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Legal, and Comms
  • Exceptional judgment in high-sensitivity, public-facing situations involving community or creators
  • Passion for Dungeons & Dragons, fandom culture, and player communities
