Job Description

Set the strategic vision for client portfolios and lead the creation and stewardship of multi-channel media strategies that drive business results.
Act as a senior advisor to clients, providing forward-thinking counsel and identifying opportunities for partnership and innovation.
Oversee the development and delivery of major client presentations, strategic recommendations, and campaign performance analyses.
Ensure programs are continuously optimized through robust data analysis, performance monitoring, and proactive recommendations.
Advocate for clients within OM, ensuring their objectives are met through integrated strategies and informed investment decisions.
Lead, inspire, and mentor planning teams to deliver best-in-class work and foster a culture of high performance, growth, and accountability.
Promote collaboration by partnering with activation, analytics, creative, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive and impactful plans.
Champion operational excellence by optimizing workflow, driving process improvements, and encouraging adoption of OM tools and best practices.
Identify, develop, and retain top talent by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and leadership opportunities.
Serve as a role model for OM's values and culture, driving cross-team engagement and innovation.
