Drive paid social execution for OMG23's Disney-focused campaigns as a Temporary Consultant with ownership of cross-platform campaigns.

Own end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and QA across Meta, TikTok, and Snap.
Must-have: 2+ years in paid social execution and strong Meta ads UI experience.

The Temporary Consultant, Paid Social is responsible for working with the Social team across their specialty platforms to execute campaign strategies supporting client goals.
Strong knowledge of the paid social landscape and best practices (Meta, TikTok, Snap required; Reddit and Pinterest nice to have)
Implementation and maintenance of campaigns in platform UIs
Manage daily budget pacing and understand basic bid management and optimizations
Report and analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
Thorough QA of all campaign executions and reporting

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in paid social execution including planning, executing, and optimizing
Highly skilled in Meta ads UI, basic understanding in-platform on TikTok and Snap
Mastery of intermediate Excel skills
Knowledge of ad serving, tagging, and media billing tools a plus
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
Strong presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings
