Responsibilities

  • Ecommerce Store Setup and Maintenance: Manage the configuration and setup of our ecommerce experience to ensure accuracy of product listings, pricing, promotions, and product availability.
  • Update and maintain store content such as the product catalog (price, descriptions, imagery, and other attributes), store banners, site navigation and FAQs.
  • Manage site content, promotions and on site campaigns to improve customer experience, drive sales and increase conversion.
  • Perform thorough testing / QA for store and production launches, including links, banners, and promotions are functioning as expected.
  • Monitor and maintain high quality customer experience after store launches and optimize assortment and presentation across a campaign lifecycle.
  • Work with the technical team to implement changes and enhancements and to identify areas for improvement, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and site performance.
  • Product Presentation: Partner with the brand management team to: Curate the homepage and organize product categories and collections for an optimized navigation
  • Ensure that the product descriptions provide accurate and comprehensive information that addresses customer questions and concerns.
  • They should also be crafted with SEO best practices in mind.
  • Execute visual merchandising strategies to showcase new releases, featured products and promotions effectively.
  • Optimize product sorting and filtering options to enhance customer browsing and search experiences.
  • Leverage data and insights to optimize presentation to drive sales and partner with brand managers and label to drive ongoing improvements and measure sales impacts.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the Brand Management and Physical Music teams to understand the goals, objectives, and messaging for new releases, campaigns, and promotions and product releases.
  • Recommend and consult on site merchandising tactics based on data, analytics and shopper insights.
  • Define site merchandising plans and run projects to launch key artists store campaigns.
  • Develop reporting and insights related to campaign execution and recommend updates to site merchandising to drive sales across an album or merch campaign.
  • Develop and execute timed launch of the campaign according to the predetermined plan and schedule, ensuring all elements are delivered with quality and consistency.
  • Inventory Management: Work with the merchandising / store management and warehouse inventory management teams to: Ensure accurate product availability and stock levels on the ecommerce platforms
  • Manage consumer experience to highlight in-stock inventory and partner with Brand Managers and Label teams to replenish assortments as appropriate.
  • Assist in setting inventory thresholds and safety stock levels based on sales goals, data and insights from past campaigns.
