  • Content engine across blogs, case studies, brochures, webinars, video scripts, and social to drive brand engagement and lead gen.

Job Description

Create user documentation, FAQs, help articles, and product guides that empower customers to succeed. Create engaging marketing and educational content including blogs, case studies, brochures, webinar materials, and video scripts. Both roles work closely with product and marketing teams to communicate the value of Whova's products to customers around the world. For Technical Writer: Create and maintain user-facing documentation, including FAQs, help center articles, setup guides, onboarding materials, release notes, and troubleshooting documentation. Learn Whova's software products in depth and translate complex workflows and technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-follow content. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, QA teams, and customer success teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. Continuously review and improve existing documentation to reflect product enhancements and UI changes. Organize and structure knowledge base content to improve customer self-service and reduce support requests. Create supporting materials such as screenshots, quick-start guides, tutorials, and instructional videos. Analyze customer questions and feedback to identify documentation gaps and opportunities for improvement. For Content Writer: Create compelling content across multiple formats, including blogs, customer case studies, brochures, website copy, email campaigns, webinar presentations, video scripts, and social media content. Work closely with product marketing, sales, customer success, and customers to develop content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Interview customers, partners, and internal subject matter experts to develop customer stories and thought leadership content. Research industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscapes to produce insightful and relevant content. Develop educational and promotional materials for webinars, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Measure content performance and continuously optimize messaging based on audience engagement and business goals. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content series, and new ways to engage prospects and customers.
