Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for high-impact marketing initiatives, ensuring projects meet defined scope and objectives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, workflows, and status reports for stakeholder visibility
• Facilitate project meetings and cross-functional working sessions to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect timelines
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of marketing project management processes

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management, particularly supporting Marketing teams
• Proven experience in a high-growth, fast-paced B2B SaaS environment with enterprise-level stakeholder complexity
• Proficiency in Asana for project workflow management; familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a plus
• Technical acumen and understanding of marketing technology systems, including APIs and data integrations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams

Preferred

• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Pardot, WordPress, Optimizely, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Snowplow
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment
