Job Summary

Own and scale the DS enablement stack by turning complex product capabilities into repeatable, field-ready playbooks and a scalable, AI-assisted training engine.

  • Build and formalize DS training, certification, and partnerships to accelerate deployment and value
  • Convert every release into draft enablement within days with a workflow that feeds from pilot calls and deployment insights
  • Prototype an AI-powered enablement engine that drafts playbooks, modules, and content from product specs and deployment wisdom

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the DS enablement program, including training, deployment certification, and ongoing technical education
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear deployment playbooks and best practices that DS can quickly internalize and apply in the field, then turn strongest assets into reusable templates and repeatable systems
  • Own the formalization of DS training and extend it to SIs and future partners so they can deploy Serval to our standard
  • Build and own a structured training and certification program for customers, preparing them to staff and support dedicated Serval Engineers
  • Partner closely with Engineering and DS leadership to ensure strategists are prepared to deploy and support new capabilities effectively, and establish a workflow that converts every release and product update into draft enablement within days, not weeks
  • Identify friction points in the deployment lifecycle and build assets that help DS and customers move faster to value
  • Sit in on pilot and deployment calls regularly to understand what's working and what's not, then design agentic AI workflows that mine those calls at scale: auto-surfacing recurring blockers, common questions, and the patterns behind successful deployments so enablement updates itself based on what's actually happening in the field
  • Prototype, deploy, and own an AI-powered enablement engine: agents that draft playbooks, certification modules, and training content from product specs, deployment-call insights, and your own frameworks, with you setting the standard, reviewing the output, and keeping quality high
  • Become the internal model for how a modern enablement function operates: measurably more output per person, faster time-to-ramp, and a training and certification library that stays current automatically as Serval ships, since we should be the best example of the leverage our own product promises

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical enablement or customer-facing deployment experience at a high-growth B2B technology company. Experience building technical certification programs is a strong plus.
  • This role will be leveled according to the number of years of experience
  • Technical experience in one of the following forms: a CS or engineering undergraduate degree, or experience as a deployment engineer or deployment strategist
  • Strong oral and written communication for various audiences, including technical content
  • Comfort using AI tools in your daily workflow and genuine excitement about building agentic systems to scale your own output (direct experience is a plus, aptitude and appetite are required)
  • Bachelor's required

Preferred

  • Experience building technical certification programs is a strong plus.

Benefits

  • Impact: Be a key player in shaping the success of our product and company.
  • Growth: Build a fundamentally new AI product offering with the support of our experienced team and investors. Grow rapidly with the company.
  • Culture: Join a culture that values innovation, ownership, accountability, and fun.
