Responsibilities

• Manages and implements all marketing related communications, print/media, and collateral management.
• Supports all department media campaigns by tracking, reporting, and recording results of marketing initiatives.
• Provides detailed precision in all media.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Four years of experience in a marketing, agency or and/or design environment may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Must display high level accuracy and attention to detail taking direction from campaign briefs. (Test required)
• Excellent math and analytical skills. (Test required)
• Minimum of four (4) years management experience working in a marketing and design environment.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience with online marketing, advertising, and communications with an emphasis on digital marketing.
• Minimum of two (2) years media purchasing experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience working in a creative processing environment with a preferred emphasis on advertising collateral.
• Working knowledge of both traditional and digital advertising including how to plan, execute and evaluate performance across each channel preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Keen understanding of relevant cultural and advertising trends.
• Must be flexible to work at all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
• Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must have a Successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.

Preferred

• Associate's Degree from an accredited college preferred.
