Partner with the Talent Brand Strategy & Storytelling Lead to bring Atoms’ talent brand strategy to life across recruiting, candidate experience, employee enablement, events, content, and campaigns.
Own the operating system for talent brand execution, including project plans, timelines, workflows, stakeholders, approvals, launch plans, reporting, and follow-through.

Manage the production workflow and operating calendar for engineering blogs, social content, Reddit, LinkedIn, X, email campaigns, collateral, video content, and other talent-facing assets.

Own the operational design of candidate touchpoints across the interview lifecycle, including closing moments, curated follow-ups, onsite experience, internal events, and high-touch candidate experiences.
