Job Description

Lead the analytics, measurement, and data partnerships to drive ROI for major clients through senior-level guidance and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Measurement Strategy & Innovation: In collaboration with cross-functional leaders, define and drive the long-term vision for measurement and reporting, focusing on full-funnel performance tracking, attribution, and audience impact. Lead the creation of industry-leading POVs on cookie deprecation, identity resolution, and privacy-first measurement.
  • Strategic Partnerships: With Product, define and lead the data partnership roadmap, managing relationships with top-tier partners (data providers, retailers, and agencies) to unlock growth and enhance platform value.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of analysts and reporting specialists, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and excellence.
  • Talent Development: Develop talent, build talent pipelines, and foster an environment which allows everyone to bring their best selves to work. Establish career paths and empower associates and partners to act in the best interest of the client and company and regularly recognize contributions and accomplishments.
  • Business Transformation: Champion the use of advanced analytics, data science, and AI to unlock deeper client insights and competitive advantage.
  • Operational Excellence: Unify analytics vision, elevate analytic rigor, and strengthen client trust by ensuring insights clearly connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Product Development Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Ad Operations to recommend scalable, automated measurement products that turn campaign results into actionable client insights. Oversee the implementation of advanced analytics (incrementality testing, Marketing Mix Models, Multi-Touch Attribution).
  • Client Leadership & Advisory: Act as the senior analytics partner for top-tier clients, translating complex measurement methodology into actionable ROI narratives. Provide "CMO-worthy" insights that prove marketing effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Marketing to understand media performance, optimize return for advertisers, and generate incremental investment.
  • Platform Governance & Quality: Ensure consistent, high-quality measurement standards across all agency or client teams. Maintain data quality, governance, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • 15-20+ years of experience in marketing measurement, data science, or analytics with significant leadership experience at a marketing agency, consulting firm, or ad tech platform.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders (internal and external) and drive change within a complex organization.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, Connected TV (CTV) measurement, ad serving technologies, and audience data.
  • Strong grasp of SQL, statistical modeling (SAS, R, Python), and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker).
  • Proven expertise in managing both high-touch media performance / managed services teams and self-serve platform consultation.
  • Strong background in programmatic advertising, data-driven marketing, and performance storytelling.
  • Extensive history of collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable platform features.
  • Ability to transform and manage change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; support complex business dynamics and drive efficiencies through process improvements and automation.
  • Builder and continuous improvement mindset who can create or optimize systems, playbooks, onboarding, and scalable frameworks.
  • Executive presence capable of driving strategic partnerships with agency leadership.
