Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute Access’ global marketing vision and long-range strategic plan.
  • Define and evolve Access’ brand architecture and messaging across geographies and product portfolios.
  • Represent Marketing at the executive level and advise on competitive dynamics and growth levers.
  • Partner with SDR/BDE teams to build demand‑gen engines, nurture flows, ABM programs, and lead scoring models.
  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets across all business lines.
  • Lead multi-channel demand programs (digital, ABM, lifecycle, field, partner-led).
  • Improve funnel performance: MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Revenue, quarter over quarter
  • Develop segmentation strategies across industry, buyer persona, and use case.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, paid digital, website optimization, conversion rate improvement, and attribution modeling.
  • Build data-driven frameworks to improve CAC efficiency, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 5+ years in VP-level or higher roles.
  • Demonstrated success in global B2B demand generation, brand strategy, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, analytic methodologies, and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills and experience presenting to C‑Suite and Boards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.

Preferred

  • Experience within SaaS, information management, digital transformation, or services industries.
  • Proven ability to scale and transform marketing organizations within high-growth environments.
  • Global market and multi-segment experience (Enterprise, Healthcare, Energy, etc.).
