Responsibilities
- Own and drive our growth strategy across key channels and partnerships
- Build and deepen relationships with strategic partners and key accounts
- Identify new opportunities that align with our long-term vision
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations
- Bring clarity, focus, and momentum to high-impact initiatives
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in business development, strategic accounts, or commercial leadership within apparel, headwear, and licensed consumer goods
- Proven success driving significant revenue growth and enterprise partnerships
- Strong understanding of wholesale, retail, eCommerce, and licensing models
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing teams
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presence
- Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
