Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the organization’s enterprise brand, communications, and digital engagement strategy.
Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership on messaging and crisis communications.
Oversee brand governance, digital content and platforms, executive communications, and enterprise storytelling.
Partner across the organization to align communications and brand efforts.
Lead and develop a high-performing communications and brand team.

Requirements

Fifteen (15) Years Work Experience in corporate communications or brand strategy
Ten (10) Years of Management Experience leading enterprise brand and digital communications
Master's degree preferred in relevant fields; if not, must obtain within 3 years
Proven expertise in reputation management, media relations, and executive messaging
Strong verbal and public speaking, writing, and analytical abilities
Flexible work schedule and on-call availability

Ability to obtain master's within 3 years if not held
