Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and publish content across LinkedIn and other platforms that reflects the Supply Chaney brand — real, punchy, and human
Help grow and engage an active online community of supply chain professionals
Support community moderation and management across platforms (experience with Circle is a plus)
Show up consistently — engaging, commenting, and building relationships on behalf of the brand
Support promotion for virtual and in-person events including Supply Chain Social Club and Warehousing After Dark
Contribute ideas for content strategy, community initiatives, and audience growth

Requirements

Experience in content creation, digital marketing, community management, or a related field
A genuine interest or background in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or an adjacent industry
Strong written communication skills with a conversational, non-corporate voice
Comfort showing up on LinkedIn and engaging authentically with an industry audience
Self-starter mindset — contributor roles at Supply Chaney are flexible, which means they require real ownership

Preferred

An existing network of supply chain professionals
Experience managing online communities (Circle, Slack, Discord, or similar)
Familiarity with tools like Luma, LinkedIn Events, or social analytics platforms
Experience with video, short-form content, or podcast production
