Job Summary

Own the financial reporting and client billing lifecycle for media work, turning numbers into client-friendly insights and guiding close, cash flow, and audits.

  • Finance ownership: drive daily, weekly, and monthly client deliverables and generate system reports to improve performance.
  • Workflow and controls: manage monthly close, budget reviews, variance reporting, drafts for billing, accruals, and audit commentary.
  • Partner translation: explain reports to client teams and regional staff and assist with cash collection and documentation management.

Job Description

Own the financial reporting and client billing cycle for media operations, translating numbers into client-ready insights and guiding close, cash, and audits.

  • Responsibilities: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly client deliverables and manage system reports to optimize performance.
  • Responsibilities: Oversee monthly close, budget reviews, variance reporting, drafts for billing, media accruals, and audit commentary.
  • Responsibilities: Provide reporting and draft bills to the media team for approval and maintain accurate client billing with supporting docs.

  • Requirements: Experience leading and maintaining accurate flowchart deliverables for internal and client-facing reporting needs.

  • Requirements: Prior experience supporting financial operations for media teams.
  • Requirements: Prior experience within an advertising agency or digital media environment.
  • Requirements: Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel including reports, pivot tables, V/H/XLookup functions.
  • Requirements: Ability to translate financial data to non-financial partners and present to internal and client teams.
  • Requirements: Comfortable presenting to internal and client teams.
