Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Apply media analytics to optimize campaign performance and inform client decisions.
  • Employ statistical and measurement techniques including control/exposed designs, brand equity testing, correlation analyses, and T-Tests.
  • Interpret modeling outputs and utilize techniques such as Linear Regression to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Understand the digital marketing ecosystem and how data identifies and addresses target audiences.
  • Apply taxonomies to manage and structure data effectively.
  • Presenting insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ownership of client communications with support from management.
  • Manage project-based personnel, including junior analysts and offshore resources
  • Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools, including CM360 and Tableau.
  • YouGov Profiler and Brand Index

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in media analytics, marketing data analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, measurement frameworks, and data analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in analytics platforms, SQL, Python, or Tableau preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.
