Drive talent outreach and brand partnerships for a creator-focused agency internship.

  • Identify and reach out to college athletes and creators to build lead lists
  • Track outreach, leads, and deals and assist with follow-ups
  • Hands-on internship with influencer/athlete marketing and potential long-term role

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to college athletes and creators
  • Evaluate social media presence and brand fit
  • Build and maintain athlete lead lists
  • Research brands aligned with sports and Gen Z audiences
  • Assist with outreach to potential partners
  • Help identify collaboration opportunities
  • Track outreach, leads, and deals
  • Assist with follow-ups and communication
  • Support campaign coordination when needed

Requirements

  • Interest in sports, marketing, or the creator economy
  • Strong communication skills (DM/email outreach)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram)
