Job Summary

The Multimedia internship at ACLU supports production of the in-house podcast and videos, involving research, script drafting, transcription, editing, and on-site production tasks. Responsibilities

The Multimedia intern is an integral member of the team, assisting with production of the ACLU’s in-house podcast as well as videos.
Interns will conduct research, draft scripts and paper edits, transcribe and review interview footage, edit videos, assist on shoots and interviews, and participate in brainstorms and meetings.
Podcast: Work closely with producer and hosts of ACLU’s in-house podcast
Pitch topics and provide background research for each episode
Assist with remote and in-person episode tapings
Manage and edit podcast taping transcripts and prepare publish packaging for podcast episodes
Video: Research video topics, draft scripts, review and transcribe video footage
Edit short videos for social media, if able, and help copyedit video content
Assist with remote or in-person video recording sessions or photo shoots
