Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the master content calendar: a single source of truth for all opportunities, events, product updates, challenges, and content being published to Layer 1 community channels.
  • Build and manage the internal intake system for internal teams to submit content requests for Layer 1 distribution. This includes defining submission criteria, review cadence, and publishing standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with teams across Creative Cloud, Business Professional (Acrobat, Express, Study Space), Events, Social, and Student Marketing to source and schedule content.
  • Manage day-to-day publishing across Discord, GroupMe, and WhatsApp, ensuring content is formatted appropriately for each platform and posted on schedule.
  • Monitor community health metrics: subscriber growth, notification opt-in rates, content engagement, and click-through to featured opportunities.
  • Maintain community guidelines and moderation standards for Layer 1 spaces.
  • Flag emerging trends, student feedback, and engagement patterns to inform Layer 2 strategy and content iteration.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in community management, content operations, or program management, ideally in a consumer-facing or student-facing context
  • Deeply organized and systems-oriented. Loves building processes, calendars, and intake workflows
  • Comfortable managing multiple platforms simultaneously (Discord, GroupMe, WhatsApp)
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills. Can work effectively with internal teams who are not community-native
  • Familiarity with company products is a plus but not required. Must be willing to learn the ecosystem quickly.
  • Passion for student empowerment, education, or creative communities
