Support NAS communications by managing content, events, and outreach while coordinating daily operations and member-facing interactions.

  • Own content calendars and social media posting routines.
  • Coordinate weekly NAS newsletter and event logistics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent NAS in a welcoming, professional manner.
  • Manage and post content to NAS social media accounts.
  • Update NAS website content (announcements, pages, uploads).
  • Create and distribute flyers and communication materials using templates.
  • Compile and distribute the weekly NAS newsletter.
  • Monitor and route messages from the NAS department email.
  • Maintain spreadsheets for communications, events, and tracking.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries.
  • Sort and distribute mail; deliver daily mail to mailboxes.
  • Assist with NAS events (set-up, take-down, check-in).

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
